Why this exists
Contractor teams kept asking. So we built something proper.
For decades, Norton Court Farm focused on leisure stays. In 2022, we deliberately expanded into contractor accommodation after seeing repeated demand from local infrastructure and construction teams.
They needed stable, long-term places to stay without the friction of holiday booking platforms. Weekly rates that made sense. Monthly invoicing. One person to call when something needed sorting.
Today, we work directly with a growing list of repeat contractor clients. Some stay for four weeks. Others for twelve months or more. One agreement, fixed pricing, and accommodation that runs quietly in the background of long projects.
